How we’ve helped:

• We helped a national charity design and implement a new accounting system.
• We worked with a theatrical production charity to help them develop their accounting system which now provides analysis of designated and restricted funds in their management accounting.
• We have assisted a national charity in releasing restricted fund balances for use on future charitable activities.

• We recently advised a charity and made recommended various disclosures in the Trustees’ Report explaining the position.
• We have designed and commenced a rolling quarterly training programme for a large charity that ensures that during the course of a year all trustees receive training on trustees’ responsibilities, finance, risk management, and governance matters.
• We provided a report on financial systems and controls for the Chair of Trustees.
