Over the years, Goodman Jones has successfully recruited on behalf of its clients, with candidates ranging from part-time book-keepers and assistant accountants, to financial controllers and group finance directors. We have even recruited a group finance director for a group of recruitment agencies.
Unlike an agency whose fees are based on a percentage of the candidate’s remuneration package, our fees are charged on the basis of time incurred. Except in very unusual circumstances, this will be considerably less than a comparable agency fee. With over 20 years experience in satisfying clients alongside our internal recruitment needs, we provide a cost effective alternative to the traditional recruitment agency.
