Over the last five years City & Country has witnessed a remarkable period of evolution, with turnover increasing by an impressive 327%, and in November 2014 the company’s outstanding success was justifiably recognised as they were crowned WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year; the housebuilding industry’s most esteemed award.

At the time of writing, City & Country has also been listed in The Sunday Times Profit Track 100, coming in at number 48 - A remarkable achievement.

The company boasts a diverse portfolio of active developments across the country, as well as an exciting pipeline of projects that includes Donaldson’s College, Edinburgh (the team’s first venture in Scotland), a Grade I Listed Jacobean mansion in Bramshill, Hampshire and former HM Prisons Shepton Mallet, Dorchester, Gloucester and Kingston, Portsmouth.

Working closely with heritage specialists, local authority planners, conservationists and its own team of experts, City & Country applies fresh and original thinking to space planning whilst preserving the original proportions, features and splendour of the prestigious buildings in which it works.

It has been a record breaking period of success for City & Country, and we’re delighted that Goodman Jones has helped us on the journey. 2015 is already looking like an incredibly exciting year, King Edward VII Estate in West Sussex has just launched, we have had our first legal completions at The General in Bristol and work is progressing on our new site Angel’s Courtyard, in Colchester Town Centre, which is due to launch later this year.
